Stress and the Immune System: How Quantum Biofeedback Helps

Prolonged stress is known to reduce the effectiveness of the immune system. Quantum Biofeedback makes it possible to address the stress that causes disease and to discover the physical, psychological, environmental or biochemical causes that cause it.
How is this done? In the Quantum Biofeedback session: Brain Rate Variability with Electroencephalogram (EEG), Heart Rate Variability (HRV) with Electrocardiography (ECG) and ECG (ECG). These are achieved with the technology of classical biofeedback which measures the body's natural reaction (Galvanic Skin Resistance (GSR)) or otherwise the electrodermal response (Electrodermal Response [EDR]) with electrical signals through electrodermal sensors. With the correct interpretation of the results, the adequacy of knowledge for the selection of the appropriate programs of the device and the provision of specific suggestions for the reduction of the causes behind the problems, it is possible to improve the health at a holistic level.
Relationship between Stress and the Immune System
According to research by Stanford University School of Medicine by molecular biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton, stress has been shown to be the cause of at least 95% of all illnesses and diseases. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in the United States reports that stress plays a role in at least 87% of all illnesses.
Research by the US National Institutes of Health on the relationship between stress and the immune system is in line. In particular, they explain that in general, the immune system is made up of cells, proteins, organs and tissues that work together to protect against physical illness and injury. During minutes of acute stress, certain types of cells mobilize in the bloodstream, possibly preparing the body for injury or infection. Acute stress also increases the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the blood. Inflammation is a necessary short-term response to eliminate pathogens and initiate healing. However, chronic systemic inflammation represents a deregulation of the immune system and increases the risk of chronic diseases, including atherosclerosis. Another consequence of chronic stress is the activation of latent viruses. This may reflect a loss of viral control of the virus, and frequent activation may cause damage to the immune system.
Quantum Biofeedback and Stress
Quantum Biofeedback can help relieve daily stress and program the mind to better handle stressful situations. It also works deeply on the causes of stress in just 2-3 sessions. Most Quantum Biofeedback interventions are designed to release the root of the stress.
In the first session of Quantum Biofeedback, the causes that are "hidden" behind the symptoms and stress are understood. An evaluation of the organization is given and a 35-page report is given on its specific stressors. The 35-page report is the one that helps identify the warning signs and causes of stress, whether they are behavioral, psychological, biological or environmental.
Through the relaxation response, which is achieved through the use of Quantum Biofeedback, the individual enters a state of deep relaxation that is the polar opposite of the stress response. In this situation, at the organic level the following is done:
Heart rate slows or stabilizes
Breathing becomes slower and deeper
Blood pressure stabilizes
The muscles relax
Increases blood flow to the brain
In addition to the above effects, Quantum Biofeedback increases energy and focus, helps fight disease, relieves pain, increases problem-solving skills, boosts motivation and productivity, and improves the immune system.
