Burnout and stress are now at all-time highs across professions according to the American Psychological Association. (APA) Burnout is now widespread across the globe due to longer working hours and increased demands at home resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic which introduced many new stressors to nearly every facet of our lives. In a survey of over 1000 respondents by Deloitte, 83 percent of respondents say burnout from work can negatively impact their personal relationships affecting their mental health. 91% say that unmanageable stress or frustration impacts the quality of their work, There is an increase in mistakes affecting their quality of work, miscommunication, lack of concentration as well as having a lower morale.
