How Quantum Biofeedback alleviates asthma?

Asthma can be a life-threatening disease if not managed properly. Nearly 26 million Americans have asthma, according to the American Lung Association.

Asthma is an inflammatory disease where inflammation of the bronchial tree restricts airflow out of the lungs. In most cases, air will be sequestered in the lung, making it harder to get rid of air than it is to bring air in. Most asthma is air retained in the lungs.

The primary cause of this inflammation in the bronchial tree is that of inflammation and swelling of tissues provoked by allergies.

Infections in the lungs can also cause swelling in the tissues. Susceptible both the inflammation and infection from allergies are contributed by nutritional problems such as calcium deficiency, pantothenic acid deficiency, fatty acid deficiencies, magnesium, niacin deficiencies, and other nutritional disturbances.

The latest research studies show that Quantum Biofeedback can improve lung function.

Quantum Biofeedback is a system that uses electronic monitoring devices that feed information back to an individual to teach him or her to control body functions that normally happen automatically at the unconscious level. An example of Quantum Biofeedback would be the use of a heart rate monitor to control the heart‘s rapidly beating pulse.

Studies have shown that Quantum Biofeedback influences heart rate variability, which in turn may improve lung function and airway flow resistance seen in patients with asthma.

Quantum Biofeedback can help you learn to control your body’s functions, such as your heart rate. With Quantum Biofeedback, you’re connected to electrical sensors that help you receive information (feedback) about your body (bio).

Behavioral programs in quantum biofeedback include transcendental meditation and relaxation techniques to reduce the asthma symptoms by using computer graphics the latest in Computerized Integrative Quantum Medicine, to help you master stress by pacing your breathing, relaxing your muscles, thinking positive thoughts and inducing feelings of calmness, tranquility and well-being. This helps balance the sympathetic nervous system. The relaxation response balances it with the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system, in other words harmonizing and balancing the actions of both of the nervous systems- parasympathetic and sympathetic.

Quantum Biofeedback helps you focus on making subtle changes in your body, such as relaxing certain muscles, to achieve the results you want, such as reducing pain and muscle tension. In essence, Quantum Biofeedback gives you the power to use your thoughts to control your body, often to improve a health condition or physical performance. This is very important, especially when something is psychosomatic which has to do with muscular and cellular memories. Muscle consists of fibers, the units of which are called sarcomeres. These units are threaded with calcium ions when emotional responses occur or when traumatic events occur. Now, this is because the muscle tenses up. There is a tension that is reflective of this flooding by calcium ions. If the memory is suppressed, then what happens is that the muscles never quite get back to their relaxed state, and some of the calcium ions remain without getting back to neutrality. So what takes place is that the muscles remain in some state of tension without really relaxing back. This is called a muscular memory. The muscle, in other words, has memorized the traumatic event. How to release this kind of memory? In this case, the memory is a memory of the body itself, so you have to relax it with techniques of quantum biofeedback and muscle re-education through frequencies to release the muscle tension, the remnants of memories, traumatic memories, and cellular memories with programs such as NLP-neuro linguistic programming of the unconscious mind.
