Insomnia

Stress induced insomnia, clinically known as transient insomnia is the most common type of insomnia. An estimated, one third of the population will suffer from insomnia at some stage in their lives. Experts report that most adults require 6-10 hours of sleep each night. The following statistics highlight the connection between stress, insomnia and how the Eternale Rejuvenation System can help.

In a recent study, the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that approximately 70 million Americans could be suffering from chronic sleep and wakefulness disorders. In this same study, the CDC also found that people without a high school diploma enjoyed better sleeping habits than people with a university degree. Insomnia researchers believe that there is a direct connection between workplace stress and transient insomnia; which explains the above statistics.

Serious side effects can occur with lack of sleep, including:, disorientation, deprivation of REM sleep, loss of contact with reality, digestive problems, high cholesterol, obesity, muscle pain, headaches and depression.

Not getting enough sleep is also a safety concern. Sleep deprivation is responsible for approximately 100,000 auto accidents and 1,500 fatalities each year. Sleep deprivation was also cited as the cause for such catastrophes as the Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, and Exxon Valdez oil spill.

The Eternale Rejuvenation System functions on three levels: subtle energy micro-current and vibrations relax the physical body, guided imagery and visualizations improve mood, and specially orchestrated musical scores sounding the solfeggio tones bring the mind into a deep state of peace, connection and relaxation.

The Eternale Rejuvenation System allows the listener to slip away into a realm of profound relaxation. Breathing deeply and letting go of stressors has allowed many users in the past to fall asleep for the duration of their 30 - 60 minute rejuvenation session. In a study group of 100 people, 81 per cent of participants reported falling asleep during their Eternale session. Out of this 81 per cent, 65 participants fell asleep after the first five minutes and stayed sleeping until the session had completed.

Even if sleep is not achieved during an Eternale session, all participants can take part in the meditative elements that the Eternale provides. The Eternale Rejuvenation System allows the user to slip into a deep state of meditation. In a recent study, conducted by the University of Kentucky the positive effects of meditation were uncovered. Following numerous tests, researchers found that meditation was more effective for restoring the bodies’ energy/alertness than taking a nap. Individuals who participated in this study, reported, “That meditating restores energy and that less sleep is needed when practiced regularly”. The University research group also found that “meditating actually increases the thickness of the cortex in areas involved in attention and sensory processing, such as the prefrontal cortex and the right anterior insula”.

Through theta waves and the lost solfeggio tones, the Eternale Rejuvenation System allows even an inexperienced listener to achieve a deep state of meditation. Get some rest with the Eternale Rejuvenation System and say goodbye to counting sheep!
